About Elizabeth Tripp, L.C.S.W
I am a licensed clinical social worker trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I bring a holistic, trauma-informed perspective to my work and strive to create a safe, collaborative space for healing and growth. I believe that mindfulness, self-compassion, and recognizing one’s inherent strengths are key to developing effective coping skills and cultivating a rich, meaningful life worth living.
