About Claire Slusarz, N.P.
As a nurse practitioner working with the Pediatric Advanced Care Team, it is a privilege to work with patients and families who are experiencing complex and serious medical conditions. I work to empower them to live well throughout the course of their illness and to ensure that their personal goals and values are driving their care.
Claire Slusarz is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ in the Department of Pediatrics. She specializes in pediatric palliative care, caring for patients with complex and serious medical conditions and their families.
Claire received both a B.S. and M.S. in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University Frances/ Payne Bolton School of Nursing. She is board certified in both pediatric primary and acute care. Prior to joining the Pediatric Advanced Care Team at °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ, she worked with pediatric hematology/oncology patients and completed an advanced practice provider fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
