Biographical Info

Angela Kanna, MD is a radiologist specializing in Neuroradiology. She is an Assistant Professor of °ÅÀÖÊÓÆµ Radiology at °ÅÀÖÊÓÆµ and an Assistant Attending Radiologist at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/°ÅÀÖÊÓÆµ Campus.

 

Dr. Kanna graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Biochemistry from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, TN in 2015. She later earned her MD in 2019 from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, CA. Following a preliminary year in Internal Medicine at Flushing Hospital Medical Center, New York, NY, Dr. Kanna trained as a resident in Diagnostic Radiology at Tufts Medical Center, Boston, MA from 2020-2024. In 2025, she completed her fellowship in Neuroradiology at NYU Grossman School of Medicine, NYU Langone Health, New York, NY.

 

Dr. Kanna joined the faculty at °ÅÀÖÊÓÆµ in July 2025 as an Assistant Professor of °ÅÀÖÊÓÆµ Radiology, as a member of the Neuroradiology Division.
